Phired Up & TechniPhi believe in a holistic and systematic approach to creating the future of fraternities and sororities. We believe a modern (and rapidly changing) world demands a modern approach to attracting modern students. We believe that the way someone joins a sorority or fraternity has a major influence on their lifetime experience and their likelihood of contributing to a healthy, safe, and inclusive organization. Expect to assess your campus growth system, expect to consider new and innovative ways to grow chapters represented by all councils, and expect to connect with growth-minded professionals from throughout the industry.

For The Culture (FTC)
June 17 & July 15, 2022
1:00 pm ET
Built In the words of Will Smith, it's summer, summer, summertime, but is it really time to set back and unwind? Phired Up and TechniPhi are coming with another For the Culture series to encourage cultural-based fraternal organizations (CBFOs) to get out there to build connections that matter!

If your chapter or council is sitting back and waiting until the fall to focus on recruitment/growth tactics, you are setting your chapter up to fail. This FTC will be a two-part series:

Part 1: June 17, Summertime Is The Right Time!
Part 2: July 15, The Cookout!

Both sessions will help you focus on tactical ways to grow your chapter through simple systems, practical steps, and connections with other CBFOs!

Target Audience: Anyone who supports or is a member of a CBFO! Please share widely!
