Growth Summit is THE ultimate inclusive gathering for people who want to help grow the fraternity and sorority movement.

Growth Summit is the only experience dedicated to dreaming big, gathering around the phire, and believing together in a fraternity/sorority growth process rooted in Dynamic Recruitment and Social Excellence.

It is the only fraternity and sorority growth-related event dedicated to serving 100% of our fraternity and sorority stakeholders together.

The early-bird deadline to register is May 30. Regular rate pricing goes into effect May 31.

Growth Summit, presented by Phired Up & TechniPhi, is the premier annual event for the entire fraternity/sorority industry focused on creating a modern pre-member experience (marketing, recruitment, intake, and retention).Growth Summit is the place where sorority/ fraternity professionals and volunteers, like you, from across the industry gather together to dream, collaborate, and prepare to share the gift of membership with more of the right people. Growth Summit is the conference, the rally, the roundup, the big tent, THE ultimate inclusive gathering for people who want to help grow the fraternity and sorority movement.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. $100 per professional attendee* (*early-bird rate); $125 per professional attendee beginning May 31, 2023. Additional Eventbrite fees may apply.

*Each member from your organization, staff, or campus must register individually. Refunds will not be available. However, registrations may be transferred to another member of your organization.

Q. What will I gain from Growth Summit?

A. This year we are striving to provide you with a dynamic schedule that will enhance your professional competencies and help you become a stronger growth professional. There will be dedicated sessions for council-specific discussion, opportunities to hear from student leaders, and space to learn from industry experts on marketing, retention, recruitment, and Social Excellence.

With much anticipation from industry phriends and HQ partners, Phired Up is excited to bring in-person learning back to Indianapolis!  Our team will host a full-day recruitment and expansion/extension/startup training for all sorority and fraternity consultants, recruitment professionals, volunteers, and directors. Q. What is Startup Summit?

A. Startup Summit is an event laser-focused on providing fraternity/sorority headquarters professionals and volunteers with a space to learn innovative strategies and tactics from peers and industry-leading recruitment experts from Phired Up. Our main objective is to position your team to perform at their best in the results-producing activities that will GROW your organization in 2023 and beyond.

Q. Who is it for?

A. Everyone from Senior to entry-level HQ recruitment professionals responsible for growing and developing new fraternity or sorority chapters.

Q. How much does it cost and what meals are included?

A. $125 per  attendee* (*early-bird rate) before May 30, 2023; $150 per attendee beginning May 31, 2023. Additional Eventbrite fees may apply.

Lunch is included in the registration cost.
