Position Summary: This key member of the Customer Success Team will be the primary contact for 230+ digital campus subscription partners, helping to provide and maintain excellent customer relationships. This position will ensure the successful utilization of technology and digital training services and maintain regular communication with digital campus partners regarding benefits, exclusive resources, and additional support opportunities. Specifically, this role will work with CampusDirector as the product they develop expertise in and support clients for most frequently. This position will report to the Director of Customer Success..
Location: Remote (Continental United States) with occasional travel
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
