Growth Consultant for IFC Organizations (Part-Time)
Position Summary:
The Growth Consultant will serve Phired Up through 1) Education and Strategy Delivery, 2) Educational Content Creation, and 3) Leads Generation. Beyond these three primary areas of responsibility, this contractor will provide advice and guidance to the company, contribute positively to team dynamics and company culture, and promote Phired Up throughout the fraternity/sorority industry.

Customer Success Manager (IFC-Affiliated HQ Partnerships & ChapterBuilder)
Position Summary:
This member of the Customer Success team will be the primary contact for all ChapterBuilder clients, including national partners who have implemented the technology as the Growth System for all of their chapters. This position will provide proactive customer support, ensure the successful implementation of ChapterBuilder CRM strategies for new and existing partners, and maintain regular communication regarding renewals and additional training support. Demonstrated experience supporting IFC-organization related growth strongly preferred.
