Customer Success Manager (IFC-Affiliated HQ Partners & ChapterBuilder)
Reports to: Director of Customer Success
Location: Remote (Continental United States) with occasional travel
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Position Summary:This key member of the Customer Success team will serve as the strategic advisor for all ChapterBuilder partners, with a focus on national partners who have adopted ChapterBuilder as the core of their Growth System. This role will involve guiding partners through the successful implementation of ChapterBuilder’s CRM strategies, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals and optimizing the software’s impact on their chapters’ growth. By proactively offering tailored consulting, the position will ensure Growth System adoption, continuous improvement, and advance partnerships to be more “on system”. Regular communication will include strategic insights on renewals, training opportunities, and the identification of new ways to drive measurable growth for partners. They will become a leading expert of the IFC Growth System for the Phired Up team, assisting in both partner retention and business development opportunities.
At least two years of professional experience is required. Demonstrated experience supporting traditionally IFC-affiliated organization growth, and membership in an IFC organization, is strongly preferred.
