Software Engineer

TechniPhi is seeking a full time Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will serve as an engineer for all technologies for TechniPhi with a focus on the mobile React Native technology. They will serve as a collaborative member of the TechniPhi engineering team, charged with leading the mobile development effort in building out the next generation of our platform, as well as maintaining our legacy platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a hands-on learner, and excited about leading the mobile development efforts at Phired Up and TechniPhi. They are passionate about building great software, using robust and scalable software solutions to solve business and user problems. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test driven development. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel within the continental United States for team meetings and retreats.

 Growth Systems Coach 

Phired Up is seeking a full-time Growth Systems Coach. The Growth Systems Coach will work with the Vice President of Coaching and other members of the team to develop and systemize our coaching efforts, provide coaching services and client care, and assist the Education and Strategy team with program delivery. The Growth Systems Coach will be an industry leader and thoughtful collaborator, helping Phired Up to both maintain and build relationships with current and future clients. The Growth Systems Coach reports to the Vice President of Coaching for Phired Up.

Account Executive 

TechniPhi is seeking a full-time Account Executive. The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for new and renewal sales, on boarding, training and support for TechniPhi clients and users. They will position themselves and the company as the industry leader in technology to help fraternity and sorority grow. The Account Executive will have the opportunity to innovate and re-engineer the fraternity/sorority joining process and will possess a great deal of autonomy and ownership over our products, systems, and client care. The Account Executive reports to the Vice President of TechniPhi.

 Growth Consultant (Adjunct) 

The Growth Consultant will serve Phired Up through 1) Education and Strategy Delivery, 2) Educational Content Creation, and 3) Leads Generation. Beyond these three primary areas of responsibility, this contractor will provide advice and guidance to the company, contribute positively to team dynamics and company culture, and promote Phired Up throughout the fraternity/sorority industry. This Growth Consultant positions reports to the Vice President (Education & Strategy) or their selected departmental representative. Currently, Phired Up is looking to fill two roles: 

  • Culturally-Based Fraternal Organizations Specialist, with preferred experience as a member of a NAPA, NALFO, or NMGC organization 
  • Interfraternity Council Specialist with preferred experience as a member of an organization that typically associates with a campus IFC.

Undergraduate and Graduate Internships

One of the most common questions we hear is: “how can I be an intern for Phired Up?”. We LOVE meeting undergraduate and graduate students with a passion for making fraternity and sorority better. From time to time, Phired Up does offer unpaid internships that occasionally may qualify for college credit.  At this time, we do not have internship opportunities available. We will update this page with future opportunities and/or applications. In the meantime, you can fill out the Internship Interest Form so we can reach out to you when future opportunities arise that meet your interests and skills.  We're open to conversations if the right person has a specific idea of a project that we'd be crazy not to consider. If that seems vague or confusing, we understand. If that sounds like an open door to propose a very specific, unique way for us to work together, we recommend filling our Internship Interest Form and answering the optional last question.
