Jenna Gregory is a nationally respected sorority leader, campus partner, and industry strategist who joins Phired Up’s Leadership Team to help partners build healthier, more inclusive, and more sustainable growth systems.
The future of sorority and fraternity will belong to organizations and communities willing to create experiences that are more relational, more strategic, and more student-centered.
That’s why we couldn’t be more Phired Up to welcome Jenna Gregory to our team of growth experts as Vice President of Business Development.
Jenna brings more than two decades of experience across sorority leadership, campus-based fraternity and sorority advising, alumnae engagement, dynamic education and training, and industry partnerships. She is a proud AOII sorority member and currently serves on the board of the National Panhellenic Conference, helping to shape conversations about the future of sorority leadership and the Panhellenic experience nationwide.
As a member of the Phired Up leadership team, Jenna will lead strategic growth and partner development efforts, helping organizations and communities design, relationship-centered growth systems that improve the student experience and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
“Jenna brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, industry credibility, operational experience, and genuine passion for students and advisors,” said RJ Taylor, CEO of Phired Up.
“Healthy growth happens when organizations build systems that help students feel seen, supported, and connected early in their joining journey. Jenna has already made a meaningful impact in this work across our industry, and I’m incredibly excited for how she will help us continue evolving how we serve our partners.”
“We are in a new era of membership growth that requires more than programs and pilots. We need new, modern systems that make growth healthier, more human, and more sustainable over time,” said Jenna Gregory.
“What excites me most about joining the Phired Up team is shared our commitment to keep the student experience at the center of every decision. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a future focused on true belonging and long-term success.”
Jenna officially joined the Phired Up team in late April and has already begun working closely with fraternity and sorority partners across the industry. To strategize with Jenna about how your organization or community can develop its growth system, you can connect with her at jenna@phiredup.com.
In the video above, Jenna shares several themes she believes will shape the future of sorority and fraternity growth:
We can’t respond out of fear. Growth challenges are not caused by a lack of student interest. The students are showing up and craving simple belonging. Organizations and campuses must reduce friction and create more authentic pathways to connection.
Advisors need more than information. They need practical tools, alignment, coaching skills, and confidence to support chapters effectively.
Healthy recruitment is built through consistent relationships, intentional outreach, and systems that support people, not just processes.
