This role is built around relationships, presence, and impact. You’ll work directly with campus partners who invest in training, guiding them from onboarding through renewal while building real trust along the way. You’ll lead conversations, facilitate training experiences, and show up in the moments that matter most for the communities you serve.
This is a high-impact, high-connection role where you’re not just supporting partners you’re shaping their growth. You’ll spend time on campuses and at conferences, working with student leaders and professionals, helping them grow and move forward with clarity. If you care deeply about the fraternity and sorority experience and want to see your work make a difference in real time, this is a place to do it.

We LOVE meeting undergraduate and graduate students with a passion for making fraternity and sorority better. From time to time, Phired Up does offer unpaid internships that occasionally may qualify for college credit.
At this time, we do not have internship opportunities available. We will update this page with future opportunities and/or applications.
