They don’t need to “get everyone on the same page.”

They don’t need to scramble to figure out what to do next.

They just… start.

I see this every year.

Two chapters. Same campus. Same opportunities. One shows up to the fall, scrambling and trying to figure it out as they go. The other shows up ready with a clear plan, shared ownership, everyone bought in. And the difference?

It’s not talent. It’s not popularity. It’s preparation.
