Hi. I’m Matt Mattson. It’s great to meet you, Georgia Tech IFC men. I’m the President and co-Founder of Phired Up & TechniPhi. Me and some friends from Phired Up are working with your IFC to help you build a growth marketing strategy. I’d love to actually be visiting you right now to deliver a keynote and multiple days of education. But due to COVID-19, we’re doing it digitally. So, instead of a 90 minute keynote, we built this resource for you to learn the key points of what we would have taught you in about 20 minutes.
This tool was built entirely for you. Feel free to share it with any and all of your members. Enjoy!
Before you move on, will you do these five things?
Non-Greek Student Perspective
Important: Download and review this resource about the non-Greek student perspective.
Do you know what non-Greek students think of fraternities and sororities? It’s probably a little different than you think.
Part of the work we’ll be doing for your fraternity commuity is to talk with Georgia Tech non-Greek students to learn about their perception of you.
That resource (linked above) is really important. You’ll find some powerful insights that will help you shape your strategies for attracting, selecting, and securing the right members for your chapter.
The Funnel
Our team wanted to give you some resources and perspective that goes a little beyond marketing. Especially during this strange and difficult time with COVID-19 impacting fraternity life, all of our fraternity chapters are going to need to think differently about how they do recruitment.
That funnel video above gives a basic framework for thinking about recruitment. Now check out these resources.
