Phired Up believes in the power of individuals to revolutionize an organization, a community, and the world. Positive change in the direction of a membership organization's limitless potential is most often the result of one individual. Most of the world's greatest revolutions can be traced to the vision, plan, and most importantly, the hard work of one committed individual or a small, deeply committed group. We believe that everyone has the power to affect positive change, to be a revolutionary, and to change the world.

Phired Up believes that success, no matter the scale, is a result of a primary focus on the basics. Membership organizations are nothing more than a combination of two basic ingredients – PEOPLE & PURPOSE. Organizational success is only achieved by first concentrating on growing (quantity) and developing (quality) the people involved in the organization, in addition to a focus on the exemplification of the organization's purpose.

Phired Up is committed to the power of systemic, systematic performance improvement. An organization's performance must always be seen within the systemic context in which it exists. Improving that performance must be done through a systematic, step-by-step process of enhancing knowledge, skills and attitudes beginning with building a dream to drive the process.
